Update!!!!!
Covid-19 has affected the way our office operates, just as it has with the rest of the world! To help maintain our normal office hours and keep our staff protected, we have been operating on optional a "curb side" or "in person" manner. This means that we are now allowing pet owners inside our office during routine pet visits, for medication pick ups, boarder drop off or picks ups, etc, but are still offering curb side services to those clients wishing to remain outside of the building! We still ask that clients call upon arrival to insure that the waiting room isn't' at full capacity as we are trying to maintain social distancing in our waiting room.
We do ask that for prescription refills and pickup that clients call at least 24 hours prior to picking up medication so that our staff can have the medication filled and ready. Payment over phone is also available to make pickup easier and faster!
Curbside Regulations:
When a client arrives at our office, he/she is to call in to the office to alert our reception staff of their arrival. We have placed numbered parking space signs along our street. When calling our office, please give the reception staff the cell phone number you are calling from and the number of your parking space so our staff can easily locate your vehicle.
